He has a proven track record of setting up recruitment norms aiming at attracting and retaining talent, putting in place grievance redressal mechanisms, and induction, training, creating sufficient opportunity for career progression of the employees, laying down norms for hiring outsourced manpower, formulation of punishment & appeal rules, review of cadres, fixation of seniority of the employees and evolving objective and transparent promotion criteria etc. During the stint as a key person in the organization, introduced the concept of outsourcing manpower in a premier organization (1992-1993) besides, in another PSUs, introduced on-roll hiring of manpower for short term activities. - Handled litigation arising out of a large number of land acquisitions in Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIIDC) in connection with setting up of Industrial Estates and Industrial Model Townships in the State of Haryana, was part of a committee during the year 2011, which drafted the RTFCLARR Act, 2013.
- He had been dealing with litigation arising out of land acquisitions by Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH)/ National Highways of India (NHAI) under the National Highways Act, 1956, for three years since March 2017. His proactive involvement saved more than Rs 5000 Crs of the public exchequer money in the process of litigation and arbitration etc. Not only this operational part, he also carried out in-depth analysis of various provisions under the National Highways Act, 1956 vis-à-vis the RTFCLAAR Act 2013 highlighting various inconsistencies and suggested to NHAI, suitable amendments in the 1956 Act.

- Chaired various committees with regard to land acquisition for prestigious projects
- Was Chairman of steering group to assist the Managing Director on various important matters.
- Was also a key person of Haryana Investment Promotion Board (HIPB) to attract domestic and overseas investments in Haryana State.
- Visited more than 20 countries as a key member of High-Powered Delegations lead by Chief Minister Haryana.
- Played an active role in preparing drafts of Haryana SEZ Act and Rules
- During 1998-99 period, prepared restructuring plan and Recruitment, Seniority & Promotion Rules, which have remained in vogue as such, except some small amendments here & there even after more than twenty years.
